Want to take note of a product of interest, or save a list of products for another day? Shopping lists can be used for multiple reasons. You can create an unlimited number of lists and assign them very extensive descriptions to keep organized. Perhaps you may want to keep an ongoing list of your favorite items, or some items you think are great additions to any order!

How often have you been in the middle of adding products to your cart, when you've had to take a call or even run to a meeting? Thankfully, saving your cart will allow you to pick up from where you left off!
When logged in, there is the ability to view your Customer Model Number (that applies to your company only) for any product offered on the website. This feature is beneficial when the product you are shopping for is setup in your company system as a different model number than Tenaquip. Please contact your sales representative if you wish to add your part numbers to our system!
If you are presently a business and contact in our system and the data you provide us matches our records exactly, you will be registered and receive an email* with login credentials immediately!

Otherwise requests for logins made on business days before 4:00 p. m. will be processed the same day. Requests made at all other times will be processed by the next business day.

Yes you can, with a credit card only via guest checkout. Reminder if you do not login, some TENAQUIP account holder privileges will not be available.

Yes, the password field is case sensitive.

Don’t worry, click on the “forgot my password” link, found on the login page. You will be prompted with the Password Reset Question set up in your account. An email* will be sent containing an auto-generated password within minutes.

* If you do not receive our email, please check your spam filter, junk mail folder or check with your system administrator.

After logging in with this auto-generated password we suggest going into your Account Settings and personalizing your password.

Once logged in, hover over your name on the user bar, select My Account to access and change any account settings, including passwords.

Here you will be able to Edit Password or Password Reset Information.

Remember, passwords are case sensitive.

A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from TENAQUIP’s Customer Service Department. TENAQUIP has the right to refuse any shipments not having this authorization.

Logged in online orders of $75.00 or more shipped FREE by our standard local carriers ground transportation in and around the areas of our TENAQUIP locations (ask your Customer Service Representative if you qualify).

Orders placed online through our "Guest Checkout" option do not qualify for free delivery.

Rush, special instructions and delivery beyond TENAQUIP's location will be charged freight extra at TENAQUIP's discretion (ask a Customer Service Representative for freight information at the time of the order).
Search by keywords, product name, product numbers, manufacturer part numbers, or manufacturer names. Refine by categories, brands and once results reach an individual category you can further refine by product attributions such as size, colors and more!

If previously provided, once logged in you can also search by “your” customer part number. Please contact your sales representative if you need to add your part numbers to our system!
