To get a TENAQUIP web login, navigate to the Register form and enter your information. It may take up to two business days to receive your login information.

Yes, you can still make a purchase without a TENAQUIP login by using the Guest Checkout and paying by credit card or by PayPal. However, if you do not login, certain TENAQUIP account holder privileges will not be available.

Please follow the steps below to reset your password:

  • Click the Forgot Your Password? link on the sign-in form.
  • Enter the email address associated with your account and then press the Send Password Reset button.
  • A password reset link will be emailed to the address you provided (if you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder, or check with your system administrator).
  • The link will bring you to a page where you can reset your password and update your security question (please remember – passwords are case sensitive).

Once logged in, simply follow the below steps to reset your password:

  • Navigate to My Account in the My Account dropdown.
  • Click the Change Your Password link in the Login Information section.
  • Enter your current password followed by your new password and click Confirm (please remember – passwords are case sensitive).

Creating a TENAQUIP online account gives you access to a variety of benefits and features:

  • Fast Checkout – Checkout quickly with personal information and payment options saved to your account.
  • Save Your Cart – Save the items in your cart and come back to complete your order whenever you want.
  • Shopping Lists – Stay organized by adding items to your virtual shopping list to buy now or save for a future order.
  • Order History – View past orders easily with the order history feature and re-order previously purchased items in just a few clicks.
  • Account Pricing – See account-specific pricing and availability tied directly to your account.

Once logged in, you can delete your TENAQUIP account by following these steps:

  • Go to the My Account menu item in the My Account dropdown.
  • Go to the Delete Online Account / No Longer with Company section.
  • Click on the Delete My Online Account button.
  • Select an option from the popup to confirm the reason for deleting your online account.
  • Click Submit.

Upon clicking the Submit button, you will be logged out immediately and no longer be able to access your online account. If you would like to setup an online account again in the future, please visit our Register page.

Shipping is FREE on orders of $99 or more when shipping to an eligible location. To see if you qualify for free shipping or for details on eligible locations, check our Free Delivery page.

For any orders shipped rush, with special instructions, or to locations that are not eligible for free shipping, there will be an extra freight charge. If logged in, you will see your Freight Charges in the Order Summary section of the Checkout process. Areas that are in close proximity to our TENAQUIP locations are eligible for free shipping. Please use the Free Delivery page and enter your postal code where indicated to see if your location qualifies.

When visiting the TENAQUIP site, we estimate a user's location (postal/zip code) using their IP address and assign the best TENAQUIP shipping point based on this location. This allows us to provide you with your local pricing and availability. You are able to see the Deliver To location in the blue navigation menu where you are also able to update your Delivery Location.

Please note — Selecting a different delivery location may cause item pricing and availability to vary, so be sure to review your order details before submitting.

Each item on the TENAQUIP website is assigned an estimated shipping time. In Stock items ship same day if placed before 4 p.m. or next day if placed after 4 p.m. Items marked as “Ships in …” will ship from the closest warehouse to your location in the time specified. For example, an item marked as “Ships in 1-2 days” will ship from our warehouse in 1-2 business days.

Freight forwarding is used to consolidate shipments at a specific location (airport, port, or 3rd party) before they are sent to a remote location. Freight forwarding points can be setup on your account and, if available for your delivery address, selected as a shipping option during the checkout process online.

To choose the freight forwarding option for your order:

  • Proceed to the Delivery Address section.
  • Choose a Delivery Address for your order.
  • Click Next to proceed to the Shipping Options page.
  • If available on your selected delivery address, a freight forwarder selection dropdown will appear.
  • Select a Freight Forwarder for your order and proceed as usual with your checkout.

Please note – TENAQUIP does not make the arrangements with the freight forwarder, this is the responsibility of the customer and must be done in advance of the shipment being sent. TENAQUIP only assumes responsibility for sending shipments TO the freight forwarder. The customer and freight forwarding company take care of getting the shipment to the final destination, including any documentation needed for that portion of the shipment.

We are continually improving our website navigation to help you find the items you want faster. You can try searching for a product by entering keywords (i.e. hardhat, flashlight, glove, etc.), TENAQUIP model numbers, manufacturer model numbers, or manufacturer names. If you get too many results from a search, try making your search more specific. If you get no results or too few results, try to make your search more general.

You can also find items when shopping by choosing specific categories and refining them further (i.e. Tools > Cordless Tools > Cordless Tool Batteries), or by navigating to the Products section of the taskbar and selecting Shop by Manufacturer if you want to browse by specific brands.

Yes, using our Order Pad feature you can easily add items to your cart individually (using either TENAQUIP model numbers or manufacturer model numbers, along with the desired quantity), or by uploading a file with the list of items. Be sure to download our Template File when submitting your list to avoid any errors with your upload.

To check the status of your order, click the Order Lookup link found in the top bar of our website, and enter your order number and your email or the shipping address postal/zip code used when placing your order.

If you have an existing login to our site, you can also review your order by going to the Review Orders and Quotes page (when logged in).

Shipping errors, missing items, or damages must be reported to TENAQUIP within 1 business day of receipt of shipment (damages must be accompanied by a signed bill of lading acknowledging the damage). A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from TENAQUIP’s Customer Service Department. TENAQUIP has the right to refuse any shipments that do not have a Return Authorization Number.
