No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations apply.

Eligibility

The contest is open to residents of Canada, including Quebec, who are of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Excluded from participation are employees, representatives, and agents of TENAQUIP LTD and 3M^TM, as well as any company, corporation, trust, or other legal entity controlled by or linked to them, their advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of materials and services related to this giveaway, and their immediate family members (brothers, sisters, children, parents, legal or common-law spouses) and all persons with whom these employees, representatives, or agents are domiciled.

By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria.

Sweepstakes Period

The contest begins on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 7:00 AM (ET) and closes on Monday, November 9, 2026, at 7:00 AM (ET).

Entries submitted after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

How to Enter the Facebook Draw

1. Follow TENAQUIP LTD and 3M^TM Facebook pages.
2. Like the contest post.
3. Comment on the post, answering the question: "What's the toughest job you've completed using a grinder or abrasive product?"
• Only one (1) entry per person, per Facebook account.
• Your answer must be relevant to the question to qualify.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prize Drawing

The random draw will take place on November 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM (ET). The winner will be announced on the official TENAQUIP Facebook page on November 10, 2026. A representative of the TENAQUIP Marketing Department will also contact the winner via Facebook private message within 24 hours of the draw to arrange prize delivery.

Alternate Winner Selection

If the selected winner is unable to receive the prize, does not claim the prize within 30 days, or refuses the prize, an alternate winner will be drawn from the eligible entries.

Prize Description

One (1) 3M^TM Grinding & Finishing Prize Package, valued at $665 CAD consisting of:

• 3M^TM Electric Angle Grinder with Paddle Switch, 4-1/2"/5", 120 V, 13 A, 11,500 RPM (Model: UAY643)
• One (1) set of ten (10) 3M^TM Cubitron^TM 3 Flat Flap Discs, 1169F, 5" x 7/8", Type 27, 60 Grit

Total Prize Value: $665 CAD

The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be converted into cash, substituted, transferred to another person, or refunded.

Note: Delivery of the prize is included at no charge within Canada. If the winner is located outside of TENAQUIP's delivery area, they will be responsible for arranging pick-up.

Liability Limitations and Releases

TENAQUIP holds no responsibility for any injury, loss of property, or loss of life resulting from the use of the prize, or from any travel associated with collecting the prize.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless TENAQUIP LTD, 3M^TM, and their affiliates, agents, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of the prize.

We will never ask for your credit card information or any sensitive personal information. Be cautious of scams.

By participating, you consent to your name and likeness being used for promotional purposes in future marketing materials or social media posts related to the contest.

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta. By participating, entrants agree to release Facebook/Meta from any liability related to the contest.

Skill-Testing Requirement

A skill-testing question will be asked to the winner in order to claim the prize. The winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be eligible to receive the prize.
