No addition to or modification of terms and conditions shall be binding on TENAQUIP unless agreed to by TENAQUIP in writing, and TENAQUIP's acceptance of any order shall not be construed as assent to any additional terms and conditions.
TENAQUIP agrees to sell to businesses only and that the products from TENAQUIP are used for business purposes only.
Prices are listed in Canadian currency. All applicable taxes extra. In the event of a pricing error, TENAQUIP reserves the right to change the price without notice. We also reserve the right to change prices based on changing economic and manufacturing conditions.
Pricing quoted will remain valid for a period of 7 days. Freight rates quoted are to be considered dock-to-dock. If extra handling is required, additional charges may apply. Quotations on large quantities are available on request.

TENAQUIP is required to charge goods and services tax and applicable provincial sales tax on items for which a sales tax exemption certification has not been provided.
When ordering, please provide any valid exemption certificate.
Terms are net 30 days from date of shipment to established TENAQUIP customers. If an account has not been established, purchases may be made through Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express® and Debit. To establish an account, contact our Customer Service Department. All payments must be in Canadian dollars.
If the purchaser fails to make payment within thirty (30) days, TENAQUIP may defer shipments until such payment is made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of unshipped order.
Products are subject to availability at time of order. Some special order items must meet manufacturer's minimum order quantity requirements at time of order, and may require additional shipping time.
* All in stock orders placed before 4 p.m. EST will be shipped same day by our select carrier partners.
Free delivery for dock to dock orders of $75 or more shipped by our standard local carriers ground transportation in and around the areas of our TENAQUIP locations (ask your Customer Service Representative if you qualify).
Orders placed online through our "Guest Checkout" option do not qualify for free delivery.
Rush, special instructions and delivery beyond TENAQUIP's location will be charged freight extra at TENAQUIP's discretion.
Shipping errors, missing items or damages must be reported to TENAQUIP within 1 business day of receipt of shipment (damages must be accompanied by a signed bill of lading acknowledging the damage).
TENAQUIP offers products only for delivery and use within Canada. TENAQUIP is not responsible for any product sale intended for export.
Where products purchased from TENAQUIP are to be exported, the purchaser assumes sole responsibility for arranging the export of the products from Canada and their importation into other countries and shall at all times comply with all applicable laws in relation thereto, including but not limited to export control laws, rules and regulations of Canada.
Products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship only in accordance with the individual manufacturer's warranty policy. If TENAQUIP determines the product to be defective in workmanship or material, it will be repaired or replaced at TENAQUIP's sole option, as the buyer's exclusive remedy.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a stock product you receive from TENAQUIP, you may return the product within 45 days from the time of receipt, for a full refund or exchange of the product you purchased. Within this time products may be returned, freight prepaid, and must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from TENAQUIP's Customer Service Department; TENAQUIP has the right to refuse any shipments not having this authorization.
TENAQUIP inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used or non-resalable items. Returns may be subject to restocking fees based on the return policy of the manufacturer, as well as shipping or other fees.
