| Tenaquip Limited acquired NIS Northern industrial Sales in the fall of 2016. Since that time NIS has continued to operate under the NIS banner. As of January 1st, 2021, NIS Northern Industrial Sales will be changing names to Tenaquip NIS Limited. |

As a leading Industrial, Safety and MRO distributor, we are excited to bring our high service levels to all our customers Canada wide. Also at this time, we are proud to announce that in January 2021, we will be opening our new state of the art distribution center in Acheson Alberta. This new 120,000 square foot facility will act as a primary distribution center for western Canada. This expansion will bring increased service to our customers and create jobs in the west. |
